We have very few rules, however they will be enforced.
We will not tolerate anyone abusing our lists or listmembers
in any way, shape or form.

Follow the rules and all will be well. They are straightforward and easy to understand. There will be no exceptions and this is your only warning on these matters. We are all adults and can follow a few simple rules.
What is a SAFELIST - SAFE EMAIL MARKETING

Safelister is a "safe"list. This means that when you join our program and confirm your email address. This makes our program a DOUBLE OPTIN Safelist. You AGREE when you join to receive emails from other members of Safelister in order to send your emails out. You can not refer to any of the safelister emails as spam. If any spam complaint arises, from any of our members of this safelist, full action will be taken, legal action if necessary! We take pride in providing a "SAFE" Marketing program for our members!

PRIVACY POLICY ACCEPTED Buyer expressly accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy of Seller's website.

EARNERS DISCLAIMER ACCEPTED Buyer expressly accepts the terms of the Earners Disclaimer / Purchase Policy of Seller's website.

TERMS OF SERVICE ACCEPTED Buyer expressly accepts the terms of the Terms Of Service Policy of Seller's website.

AUTORESPONDERS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN Anyone using an autoresponder will have their account terminated and will loose all outstanding commissions. NO Second chances, this is your ONLY warning on this matter. This is to keep the list responsive and clean. This includes any autoresponder domains (Getresponse,freeautobot,sendfree,smartreply etc)

NO DISHONEST SUBJECT LINES Do NOT put ADMIN in your email subject line Here are a few examples of Misleading Subject Lines: "Activate your account,please" "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN TERMINATED" "Remove!!" "Account cancelled" "Your Account Has Been De-Activated" "From Admin" "Congratulations you won free software" "Admin - Your Confirmation Required" "Notification of Payment Received!!" "Payment Notification" "URGENT - You Must Confirm Your Free Position Now !" "Your commission check" "Youve made another commission!" "From Your Sponsor" "I joined your downline" "Activate your account,please" These are just a few subject lines that have been sent out. We take pride in helping others learn how to market correctly. Honest marketing will get you far.. misleading the other members will get you no where. Your subject ad MUST relate to your email ad. Do not trick members into opening your ad.. most times when you do trick them they will just delete your email anyways.

NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS - One account per person

If your mail bounces then your account will be temporarily suspended until you provide an account that mail can be delivered to. Please keep your inboxes clean.

NO begging/pandhandling emails allowed. We like to think of Safelister as a business list for our members and advertisers, with this in mind, we respectfully ask that members do not send out "begging/panhandling" emails. We do not know of your personal circumstances, nor can we or will we ask you to verify your personal situations. This will be enforced to protect our members and our safelist.

NO FALSIFYING OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION. You must use Your own name, email addresses and any other info we may ask for the setup of your account. You can not sign up as someone else with the intent of causing damage, fraud or misrepresentation. This includes using email addresses that you may not own or with the intent of causing damage by creating email forwards to another email address you do not own. This is Fraud And Misrepresentation and will be PURSUED AND PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW

YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE SOLO ADVERTISEMENTS. These solo advertisements will be sent by Safelister Admin to your contact email address. When signing up for Safelister, you AGREE to receive these advertisements. You can not report these solo emails from Safeister as spam, as you are AGREEING to receive this with your said membership to Safelister. If you do decide to take this action, full action will be taken by MBPAdvertising LLP and Safelister.com.

SPAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Anyone found spamming will have their account terminated and they will loose all commissions due. You will also be held responsible for any costs incurred by us.

NO PROMOTION OF CHAIN LETTERS and/OR GIFTING CLUBS ADVERTISEMENTS. Pyramid schemes, gifting programs and chain letters are illegal in the United States and many other countries. Anyone found sending these types of emails will have their account terminated by us.

Please do NOT respond to another members' ad with your own ad. Only respond if you are truly interested in what THEY are offering and you desire more information. Responding to an ad with an ad is the height of rudeness and whether you believe it or not, it is spam. They are already receiving your ads on the list. Follow this rule or lose your membership.

NO PORNOGRAPHY, GAMBLING, ADULT Biz Opps (OF ANY KIND), RACIST or HATE mail

NO SENDING of DUPLICATE Ads and subject lines in a 24 hour period

Any member attempting to harass, threaten or send any harmful messages to anyone within any of our groups will have their membership terminated immediately.

NO USE of any email address linked with Spam Arrest The above email addresses create TOO many bounced emails and stress on our dedicated servers and most time emails are not received from safelist servers to these email addresses. Many of the above email addresses have spam filters which causes emails to bounce back immediately. You will NOT have any problems with the validation process or your safelist account when you sign up with a RELIABLE Email address. By signing up for safelister you AGREE to these rules as stated. If you FAIL to comply with them, your account will be REMOVED and any or all send credits you have accumulated will be forfeited. Due to being a FREE safelist, you HAVE TO follow each and every one of these rules. There are NO SECOND CHANCES.
